Terms of Use
DevFridge World: the Android app (cool.devfridge.world), the game at world.devfridge.cool and TopShelf. Effective 20 October 2026.
These terms are the agreement (end user license agreement) between you and DevFridge, an individual publisher based in Italy: founder Michele Angelo Forlani, who also uses the public pseudonym “pastaman” (“we”). They apply to DevFridge World on every platform, including the copy you get from the Solana dApp Store. By using DevFridge World you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
1. Who can play
DevFridge World is for adults: you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The game checks your age when you enter it. Don’t use it where doing so is against the law that applies to you.
2. The game
DevFridge World is a 3D merge game (“Cold Storage”): match the memes, discover the cast and keep the fridge door closed. Starting a run has no charge. Some characters are available only to players who keep at least 500,000 tokens of that character actively timelocked through DevFridge; the game only reads your locks and never moves your tokens.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and the game for your own entertainment, under these terms. The game, its art, characters and code remain ours or our licensors’. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute them.
3. Wallets and timelocks
- A Solana wallet is needed only for the features that use it. Your wallet (for example Seed Vault Wallet through Mobile Wallet Adapter, or Phantom) shows every signature and transaction before you approve it. We never ask for, and never hold, your recovery phrase or private keys.
- Timelocks are made on DevFridge, not in the game. A lock cannot be withdrawn before the expiry you choose, and redeeming it has a 2% fee that buys and burns $PASTA, plus network fees. Redeeming a token other than $PASTA needs an available Jupiter route. Locking does not guarantee prizes, access forever or any price.
- The optional SKR check only reads your SKR balance to show a cosmetic for the session. It sends no transaction and changes no access, score or prize.
- On-chain transactions are final and public. You are responsible for your wallet, the networks you use and their fees.
4. TopShelf (optional)
TopShelf is an optional seasonal leaderboard on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663, contract 0xc1DB49694E0DB50778c333350C8A553fDE221989). Its full rules are the
TopShelf rules, also shown in the app before you pay; seasons, distributions and claims are at
world.devfridge.cool/leaderboard. In short:
- After a verified run you may choose to pay a registration fee, in a token and amount shown before you confirm, to register its score on-chain. Network gas is separate.
- Each run can be registered once. Only your best registered score counts for the season.
- Registration links your Solana and Robinhood Chain wallets permanently, one to one. It also makes your score, wallets and transactions public.
- Registration fees fund the intended seasonal prize distributions. We set the number of winners and approve each distribution. Allocations follow the published formula: the pool times a winner’s best score, divided by the sum of the winning scores.
- We can withdraw unreserved funds (including fees before a distribution is approved), change future fees, accepted tokens, winner count and verifier, and pause registrations. We decide when claims close; unclaimed allocations then expire.
- A registration does not guarantee a prize, a refund or a distribution on any date.
- Take part only where paid competitions with token prizes are lawful for you. We do not claim that TopShelf may be offered in every country, and we may restrict it by territory. Choosing a country in the game changes its language, not your eligibility.
- You can exclude yourself from TopShelf in the game for 24 hours, 7 days or 180 days, or with the “Permanent” option, which lasts ten years. Clearing the app’s data does not cancel it.
5. Fair play
Play yourself. Don’t use bots, scripts, modified clients, replayed runs or any other way to get scores the game didn’t give you. The server validates each recorded run; we may refuse or void scores and registrations we find invalid, and block wallets that abuse the service.
6. Display names and sharing
An optional display name must not be offensive or unlawful, impersonate anyone or contain personal data you don’t want public. We may remove a display name. Sharing a score goes only where you choose in Android’s share sheet.
7. Third parties
Wallets, blockchains (Solana, Robinhood Chain), DevFridge, DevFridge Scan, Jupiter, app stores and the hosting and RPC services the game relies on are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
8. The service as it is
DevFridge World is provided “as is”, without warranties. It may be offline, change, or lose local progress, and features (TopShelf included) may be added, paused or removed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by blockchains, smart contracts, your wallet, your device or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. The Android app and the Solana dApp Store
These terms are solely between you and DevFridge. Solana Mobile, Inc., its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents (“the Solana Mobile Parties”) are not a party to these terms, and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with DevFridge World or with any program in it, including its maintenance, support, content, TopShelf, payments, prizes and any claim about it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Solana Mobile Parties make no, and disclaim all, representations, warranties or conditions about DevFridge World, whether written, oral, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The app is provided “as is” and “with all faults”, and you use it at your own risk.
Under no circumstances will the Solana Mobile Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, or any other damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, revenue, use or data, and business interruption), arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, DevFridge World, including damages resulting from a force majeure event or an act of a third party, even if advised of their possibility.
Questions about the app go to us, not to Solana Mobile (see Contact below).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use DevFridge World after a change means you accept it.
